A classic Swedish apple sauce cooked with care and tradition. Good to everything from desserts to porridge and dinner food. Most of the Felix apples are hand-picked by our selected growers at Österlen and in northeastern Skåne. As the weather plays a major role in the harvest, it happens that we must import smaller quantities from abroad. It is simply because there is a shortage of Swedish raw materials. How large each share is varies from year to year. The ambition is to use such a large proportion of Swedish raw material that is only possible—added in the heart of Skåne on apple varieties like Ingrid Marie and Aroma.
